Last year my brother, Dan had the opportunity to be part of a Coaching Network for Lead Pastors. It was led by Nelson Searcy who is the Lead Pastor of The Journey Church in Manhattan. His Executive Pastor is Kerrick Thomas and Kerrick is leading a coaching network by telephone for Executive Pastors which I have the privilege of being a part of starting today. We had our first call at 9AM Eastern time and, of course, that is 6AM my time. I don't mind getting up early, so being up and ready for work before the call wasn't a problem for me.I really enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to being a part of this network of Executive Pastors from all over the nation. Some are from churches running over 1,000 and some running just about 100. I love being part of a network and I'm ready to be stretched again. I've already learned some things that I will put into action. I may even have the chance to fly out to NY in February for our last session. Sharon and I are both hoping that we can work it out.
By the way, I'm excited to be a part of New Life Church!

There is nothing more exciting than watching my pastor(s) get training, edification, and encouragement from other pastors. That means God will even STIR even more and that's AWESOME!!!
